中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的為探討普通碳鋼、工具鋼、不鏽鋼及鐵鋁錳碳合金之板材,經 不同熱處理後,置於好氣性發酵堆肥環境下的腐蝕速率及腐蝕種類,以作為相關產業選取材料 上的參考。根據目前實驗結果顯示:1.經重量損失量測法分析,在不同的熱處理條件下之試 片,經一個月堆肥發酵試驗後,材料在堆肥系統之腐蝕率為:1020熱軋板=25~250mdd、1020 冷軋板=5~25mdd、SK2熱軋板=15~110mdd、304不鏽鋼=2~14mdd、鐵鋁錳碳合金=4~18mdd。2. 利用SEM觀察在堆肥環境下,金屬腐蝕的種類計有1.不均勻腐蝕2.孔蝕3.晶界腐蝕三種。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of the present studies are to investigate corrosion rates and kinds of metals for Micro-biologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) in the compost system. Including plain carbon steel tool steel stainless steel and Fe-Al-Mn-C alloy steel. Based on the present studies Some Results were concluded as following: 1.For the various heat-trentment, the MIC rates of present alloys in the compost system is (1)25~250 mdd For 1020 hot-rolled plate (2)5-25 mdd for 1020 cold-rolled plate , (3)15~110 10 mdd for SK2 hot-rolled plate , and (4)2~14 rndd For 304 SS cold-rolled plate. (5)4~18 mdd For for FeAlMnC alloy plate. 2.Tree kinds of MIC For the present alloys were observed in the compost system, including Pitting Corrosion Intergranular Corrosion Localized Corrosion. |
