中文摘要 | 在機械設計和製造中,存在許多共軛曲面問題。如三維空間嚙合傳動,軋製加工 和零件切削加工等。傳統的共軛曲面研究中,曲面被視為剛體。而當彈性曲面發生變形,曲 面與運動間的關係就和剛性條件下的不同。為了解決變形條件下有關共軛曲面問題,我們提 出彈性共軛曲面的研究。本文研究共軛曲面的基本理論,提出若干彈性共軛曲面曲面原理研 究的前提假設,建立彈性共軛曲面運動基本方程,研究彈性共軛曲面的一般求解方法。運用 這一理論,可以直接計算出考慮受載變形時的齒輪齒面幾何形狀、機械加工運動軌跡和其他 類型的傳動面幾何形狀而不需要進行任何修形。 |
英文摘要 | In mechanical design and manufacturing there exist a lot of problems relating to conjugate surfaces) such as three-dimensional engagement, steel rolling and workpiece machining. The traditional method of processing conjugate surfaces considers the surfaces as to be rigid. While actually as the elastic surfaces deforming, time relationship between time geometrical surface and the motion can not be approached under the rigid assumption. In order to solve the problems related to the deformable conjugate surface, we propose the research of principle of elastic conjugate surfaces. This paper reports the studies on the basic theory of Elastic Conjugate Surfaces (ECS). In the paper) the fundamental motion equation for ECS is derived based on some assumptions about the principle of ECS. The general method for solving the problem of ECS is approached. With this theory, it is possible to calculate directly the geometry of surfaces of the gear tooth, the machining tool locus, and other transmission, without any modification. |
