英文摘要 | We utilize Hudimoto's (1964)idea and propose some nonparametric classification rules based on the Wilcoxon statistics for the one-sided classification problem of k stochastically ordered populations. By the Hoeffding's (1963) inequality for the bounded U statistics, upper bounds of the probabilites of misclassification are obtained and the cosistencies of the rules are also concluded. In order to control the probabilities of misclassification uniformly and arbitrarily, we propose a sequential classification rule based on the Wilcoxon statistics. Furthermore, the moment generating function of the required random sample size is shown to exist. |
