英文摘要 | For the purpose of reducing radiation background value caused by Co-60, almost every nuclear power plant has its cobalt contain reduction plan. The major part of this "cobalt reduction" plan is to substitute cobalt contained metal, such as Stellite 6, by non-cobalt contained metal. After some evaluation works, Taiwan Power Company picked up NOREM which was developed by EPRI as the candidate of substituting metal, and expecting all cobalt contained parts of valves can be replaced by this metal. From this point of view, one proper welding procedure of NOREM is very important. In order to get a qualified welding procedure, some experiment for this NOREM metal are necessary. In this paper, experimental results of NOREM material are indicated and some welding procedures are discussed. |
