英文摘要 | New technology, much of it quite recent, has opened the way for the installation of simple dryer steam systems that combine complete freedom of operating control with complete utilization of steam. Essentially, the new systems use a number of standard steam control modules plus a group of wet end dryers and a condensate collection station. The latter serve to make use of blow-down steam and flash steam from the condensate and at the same time provide low temperature wet end drying. The steam control modules are independent thermocompressor systems for groups of dryers, normally the dryers in single drive sections or the top and bottom dryers after a size press. Except for steam supply and non-condensable blow-down requirements, the modules are totally independent and may be operated at maximum or minimum pressures without waste of steam on either run or break conditions. This superb performance has been achieved by development of practical blow-thru control, involving correct design and sizing of dryer syphons, improved sizing of thermocompressors, and high efficiency separation of condensate. |
