中文摘要 | 過去研究較少致力於超高層建築風害的研究;事實上,此分析涵構針對風害點影 響評估是必要的。而詳加建構此分析方法論,則有利於增進超高層建築地區空間管制功能。 其內容包括: (1) 超高層建築之發展;(2) 風害之特特;(3) 風害實態觀察分析。 其分析 方法和概念為:(1) 系統分析方法;(2) 觀察行為法;(3) 平面行為分析方法;(4) 行為圖 軌跡記錄法。本研究發現風害點分布區位的遠近與其數量大小之間呈「負相關」關係,而其 空間分布係屬於向心聚集的型態。此外,並建構出臺北市超高層建築地區風害實態分析圖, 以供環境規劃分析者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The past study is less effort on the actual observation analysis of wind hazard in high-rise buildings. In fact, the analysis context of assessing the effect of wind hazard point is necessary. Carefully considering those affected methods would increase the control spatial effect function in high-rise buildings. This study includes the followings: (1) developing history of high-rise buildings, (2)characteristics of wind hazard, (3)actual analysis of Wind hazard point. The concept and analysis methods of this study are (1) system analysis methods, (2)a method of behavioral observation, (3)a method of behavioral plan analysis, (4) behavioral mapping methods. Based on the results in this study, we can conclude that the wind hazard point between "location distance" and "quantity" is negatively related in the exterior space; and its spatial distribution belongs to a centrality and collective patterns. Moreover, actual observation analysis maps can be established by the wind hazard effect in high-rise building areas/Taipei municipality, providing a valuable reference for environment planning analysts. |
