中文摘要 | 由於人力資源管理的學者們,對員工工作需求與滿意研究的對象有別,致個別在 工作理論與實證上有不同程度的貢獻,惟對員工工作自我需求及潛力發展滿意度的解釋不夠 詳盡,因此本研究旨在以員工追求工作自我成長需求的導向,達成獲得潛力發展滿足的工作 目標,探知二者互動的關係及影響力。研究結果發現員工的自我成長需求與潛力發展滿意度 有相當的相關,尤其員工自我成長需求中的影響力及創造力,對其潛力發展滿意度之作用極 顯著,故本研究支持傳統工作投入是個人意向目標的觀點。 |
英文摘要 | Scholars of human resources management did not completely explain employees' self-needs and the degree of their satisfaction at the development of potentials on job. Thus, this study aims at the guidance of employees' ego-growth needs for reaching goals of the satisfaction at the potential development on job and finding out the interactive influence and relationship between them. The results show that there is a highly positive relationship between employees' ego- growth needs and their satisfaction at the development of potentials on the job. Especially the influence and creativity of employees' ego-growth needs, they have great influences on the satisfaction of the development of potentials on job. |
