中文摘要 | 本研究主要在於探討高雄地區大學校院導師制度的實施現況及受訪者認為的理想 導師制度,採用自編之封閉式及開放式問卷進行調查。本研究對高雄地區七所大學院校的 導師、行政人員及學生進行叢集分層隨機取樣共1000人,所回收的有效問卷625份,然後以 選答人數、百分比及卡方考驗的方式進行資料分析,來得到受試者對導師制度的實施現況 與理想層面之意見及看法。之後依據這些結果歸納出結論,並提出以下的建議:第一審慎 選擇導師,加強輔導知能研習;第二導師應主動與學生互動,提供必要的協助;第三認清 導師角色,發揮應有功能;第四加強導師評鑑,給予導師鼓勵,以期對目前的導師制度實 施提供有用的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the status and ideal tutor system in the university and college of Kaohsiung area. A questionnaire, containing close and open-ended form, was developed to implement the survey. Cluster-stratified random sampling method was used to get 1000 subjects, including the tutors, staff, and students in four universities and three colleges, but the numbers of valid sample are just 625 eventually. Statistical techniques, such as frequency, percentage, and Chi-Square test were used to analyze the data, in order to understand the opinions and intention of the valid sample. According to the results, the researchers provide some conclusions and suggestions to improve the implementation of university and college tutor system. |
