中文摘要 | 具不同表面形態之Y□Ba□Cu□O□-δ(YBCO)超導薄膜,其光輻射熱效應與表面 析出物的關係一直被研究著。YBCO超導薄膜被製作成寬25μm長650μm的微橋式光輻射熱 計。雖然這些微橋式光檢測器有不同零電阻溫度Tco﹔但它們皆具有相同超導轉變寬度1. 8~2K及相同(dR/dT)max約71~78Ω/K。在研究中薄膜表面析出物的含蓋率由0%至100% 。元件的光響應髓著表面析出物含蓋率的增加呈指數的下降(2300→43lV/W)。我們提出 這些析出物能被充當為一個低熱導層。在熱能傳導經過YBCO層之前,此析出物層將先吸收 入射光同時儲存其熱能。所以調變交流(AC)熱訊號△T被析出物層抑制狀況下,使得在 BCO光檢測元件上有一個較小訊號被檢測到。雜訊等效功率亦隨著表面析出物的增加而增 加,此乃意含超導載與析出物在受光時彼此間產生了加強繞射現象。在提出的研究中最佳 的雜訊等效功率(NEP)及檢測度(D*)值分別為小於5 ╳ 10□ W.Hz□ 及大於 10□ cm.Hz□.W□. |
英文摘要 | Y□Ba□Cu□O□-δ(YBCO) films with different surface morphologies have been used to stud@, the dependence of the bolometric effect on the precipitates on the films. Films were patterned into microbridge bolometers with 25 μm width and 650 μm length. Although these microbridges had different Tco (R=O), they had similar transition widths of about 1.8-2 K and similar (dR/dT)max values of about 71-78Ω. The precipitate coverages were varied from 0% to 100%. The photoresponses decreased exponentially from 2300 to 431 V/W with increasing precipitate coverage. We propose that the precipitate can be regarded as a low thermal conductive layer. This layer absorbed the incident light and preserved the thermal energy in it before passing it to the YBCO background layer. The modulated AC thermal signal AT is, therefore, suppressed by this layer such that a small signal is detected in the YBCO film. The noise equivalent power, however, increased with precipitation coverage; this implies an enhanced scatt ering of the superconducting carrier to the precipitates. The best values of noise equivalent power (NEP) and the detectivity (D*) in the present study were about NEP ≦ 5 ╳ 10□ W.Hz□ and D* ≧ 10□ cm.Hz□.W□. |
