英文摘要 | Three sets of external combustion type hot stoves at No.2 BF were designed and built by IHI under license of Krupp Koppers in 1982. The hot spot occurred for the first time at expansion joint section on dome connection pipe of No.21 HS in 1989. The shell temperature of No.21 HS dome connection pipe was measured 700℃ in June 1996. In some area, it can be observed from the injection holes that insulation, fire clay and silica bricks fell off. In this critical period, N2 injection for sealing and cooling was adopted through the nozzles on shell and temperature monitoring of inside brick was in trend control. Endoscope inspection in detail in August 1996 and temporary repair in December 1996 were both conducted by Shinagawa people. Subsequently, the shell temperature had dropped down to 200℃ after repair. |
