中文摘要 | 管線用鋼實際使用於含硫化氫(H�特)酸氣環境中常發生均勻腐蝕、氫引 誘破裂及硫化物應力腐蝕破裂等腐蝕問題。為了瞭解合金元素及製程對材料發生 上述腐蝕特性的影響(文中主要討論一般性腐蝕及氫引誘破裂),本研究乃分別採 用電化學法及浸泡法來進行實驗。結果發現:0.29銅合金的添加,會降低鋼材在飽 和H�特的人工海水中之腐蝕速率及對HIC的敏感性,但添加了0.3鎳合金,反而破 壞加銅鋼的優點。鈮、鋁及磷元素對材料抵抗氫脆化有負面影響,而高冷速(10 ℃/sec以上)製程對鋼材抗HIC性質有幫助。金相分析證實裂縫起始於長條狀MnS 介在物與母材界面,而朝帶狀波來鐵與肥粒鐵的界面生長。以上合金元素及製程 影響鋼材耐蝕性的原因,將被詳細地討論於本文中。 |
英文摘要 | General corrosion, hydrogen induced cracking (HIC), and sulfide stress corrosion cracking arethe main failure phenomena for linepipe steels used in sour gas (H�特) environments. In this paper,electrochemical method and immersion corrosion method have been employed to investigate the generalcorrosion and HIC behaviors of this type of steels with various alloying elements and manufacturingprocesses. The results indicate that the addition of 0.29 Cu can decrease the corrosion rate and the sensitivity to HIC of API X60 steels in synthetic sea water saturated with H�特. But, 0.3 Ni addition willinterrupt such advantage of Cu-bearing steels. Additions of Nb, Al and P elements have negative effectson the hydrogen embrittlement resistance. High cooling rate ( > 10℃/sec) process can improve the resistanceof steels to HIC. Metallographic analysis verifies that the interfaces between elongated MnS inclusionsand the matrix are the initiation sites of the cracks, while those along the pearlite bands and the ferritesare the propagation direction of the cracks. The effects of alloying elements a.nd manufacturing processes on the corrosion resistance of steels are discussed in detail in this paper. |
