中文摘要 | 本研究以臺灣地區中部某醫專五年制二年級護生 227 人為研究對象。資料收集工 具為「基技考試情境焦慮調查表」,採行為分析觀點,了解何種基本護理技術考試情境導致 護生高焦慮得分,探討護生在基技考前、考時、及考後三階段情境中,緊張焦慮的程度,並 比較分析護生三階段焦慮之差異與相關。 研究結果顯示:( 1 )護生以考試時情境焦慮最 高,考前次之,考後焦慮最低;護生在上述三種階段之焦慮得分呈中至高相關,顯示容易焦 慮者不論考前、考時、及考後均較容易焦慮。 ( 2 )對考前、考時、考後三階段焦慮分別 進行因素分析, 發現:" 待考威脅 "、" 考時威脅 " 與 " 考後威脅 " 三因素之情境焦慮 得分顯著高於其他因素,上述三因素之解釋量分別是:52.2%、51.9%、46.1%。 以該三因素 代表基技考試情境焦慮,不但明確指出基技考試情境焦慮與威脅性評估有關,且提供未來處 置護生高考試焦慮,及改善基技考試情境之重要依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore and compare the levels of test anxiety during the examination of Fundamental Nursing Techniques of nusring students. Test anxieties were analyzed in three different stages:pre-testing、 during testing and post-testing, Two hundred and twentyseven nursing students were selected from a nursing college of technology in the Midwestern Taiwan area. The results were: 1) The level of test anxiety during the examination is the highest, followed by pre-testing anxiety, then post-testing anxiety. This observation showed that there was a middle to high correlation between the three stages. 2) The results of factor analysis revealed that "threat" factors were higher than any other factors in the three stages. The findings also indicated that the 52.2%,51.9% and 46.1% of variance in the three stages of test anxieties can be predicted by the "threat" factors. The "threat" factors may be use to represent the situational anxieties of the three stages. It not only indicated that siteational anxiety was related to the evaluation of threats, but also contributd to the improvement of the situations of technical examinaton, and provided us with strategies of intervention of nursing student's high test anxiety. |
