中文摘要 | 本試驗以豬場處理水(厭氣水及好氣水)及氮肥負荷率(0、50、100、150及200 kg/ha )施灌於盤固草土柱,並以降雨事件作為區集來測定對滲漏水中總氮、氨態氮及硝酸 態氮之影響。本試驗之結果顯示:影響滲漏水質之重要因子為氮肥負荷率及降雨事件,次要 因子為豬場處理水。滲漏水質中總氮、氨態氮及硝酸態氮之濃度隨氮肥負荷率之增加而增加 ;總氮及氨態氮之濃度在第一場降雨事件顯著地高於第二場以後降雨事件之濃度,硝酸態氮 濃度則在第二場降雨事件顯著地高於其它降雨事件之濃度,且硝酸態氮之濃度隨第二場以後 降雨事件之增加而降低;豬場處理水中厭氣水及好氣水對滲漏水質之影響,除硝酸態氮外, 對總氮及氨態氮均無顯著之差異。本試驗亦提供以豬場處理水之含總氮濃度、施灌深度與氮 負荷量之關係製成一平面圖,以供將來施灌豬場處理水之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to determine the effects of the types of effluent of the treated swine wastewater and nitrogen loading rates on the quality of percolation from pangolagrass soil columns. The 2 × 5 factorial design with three replications was employed. The factors were types of effluent (anaerobic and aerobic treatments), and nitrogen loading rates (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 kg/ha). The investigation was conducted under four rainfall events, which occurred on 1, 17, 42 and 60 days after application. The most important factors on percolation quality were nitrogen loading rates and rainfall event. The results showed that the concentration of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased with increasing nitrogen loading rate. No significant difference in quality of the percolation was found between the two types of effluent except for the nitrate nitrogen. Except for nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were significantly higher after the first rainfall event than the others. Also, for application purpose in the future, a figure was set up between the application depths and nitrogen concentrations of effluent of the treated swine wastewater in relation to irrigation of wastewater at different loading rates. |
