中文摘要 | 雖然「企業流程再造」已經成為流行的企業變革與組織再造策略,但許多研究案 例顯示,再造的失敗率相當高。 究其原因,可發現多數人對 BPR 真正涵義缺乏系統化、整 合性認知,在觀念上造成模糊分歧之不一致現象。實際應用時,此種模糊分歧觀念,往往造 成 BPR 效益不彰,某一部門的績效可能是另一部門損失的結果, 對整體效益而言,常常是 負面的。 本研究藉由「後設分析法」選取具代表性之 BPR 文獻分析觀念之分歧現象,證實 BPR 在再造範圍、再造層次、再造方式、再造目標等四構面存在有明顯的分歧現象。針對此 一現象,本研究提出一個整合性模式,期能釐清紛亂,協助企業建立正確之 BPR 觀念, 縮 短理論與實務差距,提高 BPR 之成功機率。 |
英文摘要 | Although business process reengineering (BPR) has recently become a recipe for business change and organizational redesign, the failure rate of BPR projects due to various reasons, is higher than we expected. One of the important factors comes from the bifurcation of BPR itself. In practice, a common phenomenon caused by conceptual bifurcation can be seen in BPR project's benefits which usually contribute in parts, meaning that the achievement of one department which was substituted by other departments and the overall performance might be negative. This paper reviewed current typical BPR publications tries to analyze the bifurcation phenomena at business process, BPR, and core process by using meta-analysis approach. The results show that bifurcation phenomena are significant. To dissolve these bifurcation phenomena and make BPR concept applicable, an integrated model that will be helpful for BPR promotion under a systematic thinking, narrow the gap between theory and practice, and therefore enhance the possibility of BPR execution for the future business changing programs, is provided. |
