中文摘要 | 本研究利用活性碳吸附及化學鍍(氧化還原)的方法, 將水中重金屬吸附到活性碳表面上,然後利用酸將重金屬 與活性碳分開,再以比重作用達到回收廢水中重金屬之效 果。本研究採用硫酸銅試液作實驗,利用試液與鋅之氧化 還原的作用,將試液之中的銅移至活性碳上而使試液變澄 清。由AA分析後發現,試液中的銅濃度由1406ppm下降 至1ppm,再由SEM表面觀察分析及EDX定性分析證明 得知其吸附物質確實為銅,並再利用酸將銅與活性碳分開 最後再以比重法將銅與活性碳分離並回收之,由以上結果 可證明得知此技術可用來回收廢水中的重金屬。 |
英文摘要 | To reduce and recovery the heavy metal from aqueous solutions, adsorption and chemical electroless methods were used. In theis study, the divalent copper ion was reduced to copper atom and adsorbed on activated carbon by adding zinc and activated carbon powder into the aqueous solution. The adsorbed copper mental was separated from the activated carbon by dosing the hydrogen chloride solution into the aqueous solution. The copper mental and the activated carbon was separated from the aqueous solution by filtration and then recovery the copper mental from the activated carbon by gravimentric method. It was proved that the copper atom was exactly adsorbed on activated carbon from the result of SEM and EDX analysis. From the result of AA analysis, it also show that the concentration of Cu�� of the aqueous solution was reduced from 2000 ppm to 9.5 ppm. According to the experimental results, it conclude that the mentioned techniques may be used to reduced and recovery the divalent copper of aqueous solution. |
