中文摘要 | 淡水河系經過多年的整治,由於基隆河系較單純,且該河在臺北市集水區之衛生 下水道不久即將完工,可將污水截流排入外海,基隆河水清之日應比淡水河主流更早實現。 本研究於 1996 年 2 月至 1997 年 4 月進行基隆河水質與底泥的監測,結果顯示在水質方 面,基隆河上游屬自來水水質水源管制區,下游流經臺北都會區,故各項水質都呈現明顯的 上下游差異,溶氧值與生化需氧量於上游可維持在甲類水體標準,下游則處於丁﹣戊類水體 。而重金屬含量於整條河川變化不大,鉛、鋅、鎘的平均值都可維持在甲類水體標準,而銅 平均值於中下游則位於戊類水體標準。河川水質指標( WQI )與河川污染指標( RPI )亦 顯示相似情形:上游 WQI 介於丙﹣丁之間, 處於輕度﹣中度污染,下游都是戊,為嚴重污 染之河段。在底泥重金屬方面,其含量以鋅最高,鉛、銅次之,鎘最低,此四種重金屬有相 似的分佈趨勢,大致以成美橋為界,含量自上游到中游增加,到成美橋最低,之後往下游含 量越來越高,此可能是基隆河整治後所造成之現象; 重金屬污染指標( MPI )亦有相似趨 勢。 此外, 水質參數與底泥中重金屬含量也受到季節性豐枯水期之影響,其中水質以 BOD �N及氨氮,底泥以重金屬之鋅,受豐枯水期影響幅度較顯著。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we investigated the water quality and sediment pollution of Keelung River from February 1996 to April 1997. The upper reaches of Keelung River belonged to conservation area of water resource and quality and the lower reaches flowed through Taipei city, hence the water quality reflected the significant difference between the upper and lower reaches. The dissolved oxygen (DO) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD �N ) values maintained in the best levels in upper reaches, but these items were worse in the lower reaches. The heavy metal contents did not have significant changes between them. The calculated water quality index (WQI) exhibited that the pollution in the upper reaches were slight to moderate, but was severe in the down reaches. The contents of heavy metal in sediments of Keelung River, followed the decreasing order: Zn > Pb > Cu > Cd. The concentrations of the these heavy metals increased in the upper reaches and decreased at the Cheng-Mei Bridge, then increased again in the lower reaches of this river. These results might result from the dredging operations carried out in this reaches. The metal pollution index (MPI) also displayed similar distribution. Results also showed that water quality, such as BOD �N, NH �杠� -N, and concentration of heavy metals especially Zn in sediments are dependent on the seasonal changes of flow rate of the river. |
