英文摘要 | 草蝦(Penaeus monodon)於鹽度30ppt下,暴露於0.001(對照組)、0.079、0.151、 0.368 及 0.751 mmol/l 亞硝酸經 24 小時。發現除了對照組外均有亞硝酸進入。耗氧及排 氨隨外界亞硝酸濃度增加而增加。草蝦暴露於亞硝酸即使濃度低至 0.151 mmol/l 其呼吸功 能及氮代謝均受到影響。 thousand).
