中文摘要 | 本文以C-MOLD模流分析軟體結合最佳化理論中的模擬退火法與爬山演算法,並 由邊界節點在充填完成之時間變異、波前面積變異、壁剪應力變異、體溫度變異四者所構成 之數學模式為目標函數,利用連續疊代法求得最適澆口位置使具考量流動平衡與產品品質, 進而發展為一套多澆口自動設計系統。在此時選大尺寸且形狀複雜之汽車前葉子板為例,在 尋找多澆口最佳位置時,首先,考慮模具結構(如滑塊、凹陷處理機構)對澆口位置的限制, 以判斷可設為澆口位置之節點,並編輯為澆口位置節點檔案,以限制求解的搜尋空間。至於 製程參數對尺寸安定性有相當影響力,因此採用田口式L9實驗分析方法,以決定最適製程 條件。最後將分析結果與工廠試模成功後之澆口位置比較發現一致,可證實本分析正確。且 提供一套最佳化設計理論與模流分析軟體之整合,以達CAE自動化之目的。 |
英文摘要 | The integrated analysis system in the viewpoint of flow balance combined C-MOLD moldflow sofeware with simulated annealing and hill climbing algorithm in optimization theorem, and used iterative method based on the objective function which consists of four factors, variance of filling time flowing to each node on the boundary, variance of melt front area during filling, variance of wall-shear stress and variance of bulk temperature on the whole surface. The opitimal gate- locations for multi-gates design could be determined by the integrated analysis system to improve the quality of products. In the paper, a big automobile front fender of complex form was chosen as an illustrative example. First, the constraints on gate-locations due to the complex mold structures (including parts such as slides or auxiliary assemblies for undercut) were taken into consideration while searching the optimal gate-locations. Then, the favorable and possible nodes for gate-locations got to be found and edited in computer file to make less the computer run time of analysis. Second, since the processing paramerters have significant effects on the stability of product dimension, Taguchi L9 orthgonal array was adopted to decide the feasible processing conditions. Finally this integrated analysis system were successfully applied to find the optimal gate locations, and the result is the same as the molding in the factory. It indicates that the integrated analysis system is not only effective but also helpful for the optimal moldflow design to bring about a demonstrative achievement to CAE. |
