中文摘要 | 對於穿戴膝下義肢者而言,在步態周期中,腳跟著地(heel-strike)期是最常感 到不適。為了解膝下義肢承筒和軟組織間應力分佈的特性,以為承筒設計的參考,特別針對 腳跟著地期,採用有限元素 (Finite Element) 法分析。承筒和殘肢的三維型狀座標首先由 座標測量儀量取陰模取得,再轉換為 PC-ANSYS 5.0A 版的節點。 有限元模型包含承筒、襯 墊、軟組織、木頭四部分。模型共有節點 3964 點,元素 3665 個,材料性質視為線性均質 等向 (linear-isotropic)。 其結果顯示在下肢前遠端 (anterodistal end), 臏骨韌帶 (patella-tendon ligament) 和後近端 (posterior-proximal) 三處有較明顯的應力集中, 當屈曲度由 0 度增加到 20 度則前遠端增加 30% 而臏骨韌帶減少 25% 的應力。 在應力集 中之前遠端部位去除 10、16、21 平方公分,前端應力約可減少 35%,而 16 平方公分的修 模為最佳的方法。 |
英文摘要 | An amputee with P.T.B. socket usually feels uncomfortable during the heelstrike phase of a gait cycle. In this study, a below knee patella tendon bearing socket was modeled and analyzed by finite element package, ANSYS 5.0A. The model consisted of 3964 nodes, and 3665 elements to model the socket、pelite 、soft tissue and the wooden distal end base. The results showed that the stress concentration was found at the area of anterodistal(A-D) end, patella tendon (ligament), and posterior proximal. The angle of preflexion played an important role in weight bearing and stress distribution. When the angle increased from 0 degree to 20 degrees, the equivalent stresses at patella tendon area were decreased 25% while the stresses were increased 30% at the A-D end. After removed the hard shell from the tibial flank by 16 mm �� and patched a lower modulus material, the stresses at anterodistal end were decreased by 35%. |
