中文摘要 | 本研究係以復興工商專科學校七十學年度至八十五學度間,各行政單位已 進行行政電腦化之業務做統計分析,發現本校採行行政電腦化後其行政效率由原 來的1偣提昱至6.22偣(平均值)。 經過統計分析後得到下列結論:ヾ使用的應用程式由原先的COBOL、FORTRAN 至CLIPPER至目前的FOXPRO、APPROACH.。ゝ使用的行政單位由原先的教務處、 總務處,擴及至全校各行政單位包括訓導處、圖書館、會計室、人事室、秘書室 等。ゞ由於應用程式硬體不斷地進步而推陳出新,使得研發單位人員(或維護單 位)必需不斷再進修再學習。々經過十五個寒暑,學生及老師人數成直線成長,而 業務上的工作人員卻未見增加,且能於較短時間內完成學校所交付的工作,足見 其效益之提昇。ぁ為了避免人力資源、設備資源的浪費及確保資料的一致性,建 議採用INTRANET校園行政網路。 |
英文摘要 | Statistical analysis was applied to study the administrative efficiency of Fu-Shing Institute of Technology between the academic year of 1981 and 1996, before and after campus computerization. The results show that the adminintrative efficiency improved by 6.22 fold on average after campus computerization. Several conclusions could be drawn from the results of statistical analysis. (1) The computer programs used changed from COBOL and FORTRAN in the beginngin, to CLIPPER, then to ROXPRO and APPROACH in recent years. (2) The admintistrations computerized in the beginning were Office of Academic Affairs and Office of General Affairs, then expanded to all administration units including Office of Student Affairs, Library, Accounting Office, Personnel Office and Secretary Office. (3) All of the administrators must keep learning due to the improvement of hardware and renew of computer programs. (4) During 1981-1996, the poputation of students and teachers increased linearly but the administrative officers did not increase. However, the processing time reduced and the administrative efficiency increased. (5) In order to reduce the wastage of human power and facilities, and to ensure the uniformity of data, the development of INTRANET on campus administration network was recommended. |
