中文摘要 | 此專題之研究區位於臺南盆地之東緣。在構造上,為中央隆起帶向東延伸的部份 ,北鄰北部凹陷,南接南部凹陷。也是臺南盆地受蓬萊運動變形前緣之地帶。此研究結果有 助於此研究區附近進一步之石油探勘。 對於變形前緣地帶詳細研究後,發現此地區之地層及構造特徵具有斷層彎曲褶皺、構造三角 帶、 高壓層等。 在更新世地層內具有四種構造高區, 包括: (1)H1 位於基盤高區之上, (2)H2 由斷層彎曲褶皺造成的背斜高區,(3)H2 位於變形前緣之三角帶,(4) 泥貫入體。由 於更新世地層屬於快速沉積的含水泥質地層為主,可能具有明顯高壓帶的出現。在更新世及 上新世地層界線或是上新世地層的頂部,仍具數個構造高區,包括:(1)Ha 位於古基盤高區 之上,(2)Hb、Hc 位於主要邊界斷層附近。由此推論中新世地層、漸新統頂部構造形貌可能 類似於更新世╱上新世之構造圖。 在古基盤高區附近出現有豐富的生油岩(如漸新統),則在古基盤高區附近之構造圈合儲集 油氣的機會大增。加上更新世的高壓帶作為超級蓋層,則此地區的油氣潛能不容忽視。 |
英文摘要 | The study area, which is one segment of the deformation front of the Penglai Orogeny, is located on the eastern part of the Tainan Basin. Structurally, this area is adjacent to the North Depression in its northern side, and the South depression in its southern side. The study shows some highly advantageous results to the exploration on the Tainan Basin. The tectonics of this area is characterized by fault-bend folding, formation of triangle zone and overpressure zone. Four structural highs are found in the Pleistocene, including (1) H1 anticline located on basement, (2) H2 anticline formed by fault bend folding, (3) H3 anticline situated within triangle zone and generated by fault-propogation folding, and (4) H4 anticline formed by mud diapir. Overpressure zones probably appear in these structure highs because of high content of mud and high sedimentation rate during the Pleistocene. Additionally, several closures at the top of the Pleistocene/Pliocene are discovered. Ha is located on the top of basements, and Hb and Hc are close to the major boundary fault. It could also be speculated that the structural patterns of the Miocene and Oligocene are similar to that of the Pleistocene/Pliocene. The accumulation of hydrocarbon in these structural highs will be enhanced due to the existence of the thickest and good source rock (the Oligoene) nearby the northern edge of the basement high. Furthermore the overpressure of the Pleistocene in this study area would make good superseal to increase the hydrocarbon potential of underlying reservoir. |
