中文摘要 | 富寶二號西瓜品種在接種1000隻以上的南方根瘤線蟲二齡幼蟲經45天後,其根瘤 指數維持在2.0以上,而接種500隻二齡幼蟲其根瘤指數則為1.8。在接種西瓜蔓割病菌試驗 中,接種10�臚�10��(propagules/g dry soil)菌量時,西瓜幼苗罹患蔓割病的百分率分別 為80%及100%,而接種10��(propagules/g dry soil)菌量時,西瓜幼苗罹患蔓割病的百分 率為40%。以500隻南方根瘤線蟲二齡幼蟲與10��(propagules/g dry soil)西瓜蔓割病菌菌 量為接種濃度進行交互感染試驗,結果顯示,先接種南方根瘤線蟲後再接種西瓜蔓割病菌 、先接種西瓜蔓割病菌後再接種南方根瘤線蟲、及南方根瘤線蟲和西瓜蔓割病菌同時接種 等線蟲和真菌交互作用處理,富寶二號西瓜品種蔓割病發病程度皆比單獨接種真菌處理者 為高,顯示植物寄生性線蟲與病原真菌複合感染胡蘆科植物時,確有加重病害發生之趨 勢。 |
英文摘要 | The interaction between Meloidogyne incognita (MI) and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum (FON) in watermelon roots has been conducted in the greenhouse. Root-knot index of watermelon (cv. Fu-Bo No. 2) were 2.8, 2.6, and 1.8 respectively 45 days after inoculation with 5000, 1000, and 500 second juveniles (perpot) of Meloidogyne incognita. Disease incidence of watermelon (cv. Fu-Bo No. 2) Fusarium wilt was 40% after inoculation with 10�� propagules/g dry soil of FON for 45 days. Therefore, watermelon seedlings inoculated with MI at 500 second juveniles and FON at 102 propagules/g dry soil were used to study the phenomena of disease complex. Disease incidence of watermelon Fusarium wilt in three treatments including watermelon seedlings (a) inoculated with root-knot nematode for two weeks, and then inoculated with FON; (b) inoculated with FON for two weeks, and then inoculated with the nematodes; (c) inoculated with nematode and FON simultaneously was more severe than the seedings inoculated with FON only. The results indicated that Meloidogyne incognita was able to increase the disease incidence of watermelon Fusarium wilt. |
