中文摘要 | 現在常用來偵測材料性質的方法多為超音波檢測法,但此方法有其一定的限制, 因此,利用彈性體內的暫態波傳現象來檢測材料的各項性質,將成為今後反算問題上的一大 發展方向。暫態彈性波的發展至今已有成就,且廣泛應用在許多方面,其中反算問題是暫態 彈性波應用的一大課題。本文利用已發展成熟的彈性波理論,針對均質等向性彈性體,以所 得的理論正解(exact solution)作為反算過程中的正算解,並利用一種幾何搜尋的最佳化方 法(simplex反算法)同時反算材料參數及厚度,反算過程中所使用的材料參數均為未知, 僅須給予幾組材料的預測值。經過幾次反算後,將所得的反算值利用統計的方法加以分析, 由此得到更可信的結果。 |
英文摘要 | Using the theory of transient wave propagation in an elastic medium to obtain properties of materials becomes a significant development of engineering applications. The success of this method should be accompanied with solving an iverse problem. This new technique improves many limitations of conventional ultrasonic testing method. Transient elastic wave propagation is well established in many engineering applications. Many researches have now devoted into this subject to apply the theory of transient wave propagation in NDT. In this study, a method based on the simplex algorithm was used to solve the inverse problem. First, we used the exact solution of elastic waves in a strip for homogeneous, isotropic, elastic materials to be the direct solution. In addition, simplex algorithm is used to inverse calculation the material parameters and thickness from experimental data and the results are quite good. A statistical method is proposed to analyze the calculating data and more reliable result is obtained. A complete methodology of using the transient wave theory in estimating the configuration and material properties is developed in this study. There are many applications that can not be used by conventional method might be solved by this methodology. |
