中文摘要 | 自從Dr. Shewhart在1920年代發展出品質管制圖後(X and R control charts), 製造環境已逐漸演變。目前的生產型態以少量多樣化為主,例如剛好即時生產系統和彈性製 造系統即要求小批量之製造生產。小批量生產之特性為頻繁的機器準備及更換刀具、夾具等 用以涵蓋許多在同一機器上生產之不同料號的產品,這些產品具有相似之設計特性,但其規 格、允差可能不同。小批量生產雖可以減少在製品存貨,但同時也挑戰統計品質管制在小批 量製造生產環境之有效實施。本研究將介紹幾種適合在小批量生產下實施統計品質管制之技 術。 |
英文摘要 | Traditional Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, e.g., X and R control charts, are difficult to be implemented on modern manufacturing systems, such as Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) where a high variety of products are produced in small batches. There are seldom enough samples from the same part type to establish or maintain control charts for process control. One way to tackle this problem is to form part families with homogeneous variances and means such that more samples can be obtained. In this paper, In this research, we study various approaches and provide methods and procedures from recent literature to help quality engineers to tackle the problems of implementing SPC in low volume manufacturing. |
