中文摘要 | 本研究為尋找出抗臺灣地區稻白葉枯病之稻品種系,以17株白葉枯病菌株接種111個稻品種系,共3年5期作之試驗。接種源以濃度109-10cells/ml做剪葉接種。結果病原菌以XF17、XM1、XH2、XM10及XH24-b等5株菌株之致病力較強。稻品種系以IR4442-46-3-3-3、IR22、IR22082-41-2、Malagkit songsong、IR29、IR30、IR20'、IR28、IR20、台農秈19號、嘉農秈6號、IR1514A、B5354-5D-MR-1、IR1545-339、IR26'等15個稻品種系之抗病性較強,可供抗病育種之參考。其中IR20'和IR26'皆為1992年自IRRI再引進之品系。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to screen rice varieties resistant to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, the causal organism of rice bacterial blight. A total of 17 isolates of the bacterium was used as inocula to inoculate 111 rice varieties/lines in the fields through 5 crop seasons from 1996 to 1998. Fifteen hills of each tested varieties/lines were wounded-inoculated with the suspension of each bacterial isolate in a concentration of 109-10 cells/ml by leaf clipping method. The results show that 5 bacterial isolates were more virulent and 15 rice varieties/lines were more resistant than others respectively. The virulent isolates included XF 17,XM 1,XH 2,XM 10 and XH 24-b. Whereas 15 tested varieties/lines showing highly resistant could be used as parents for rice breeding. They were IR 4442-46-3-3-3, IR 22, IR 22082-41-2, Malagkit songsong, IR 29, IR 30, IR 20', IR 28, IR 20, Tainung sen 19, Chianung sen 6, IR 1514A, B 5354-5D-MR-1, IR 1545-339 and IR 26'. Among them, IR 20' and IR 26' were re-introduced from IRRI in 1992. |
