中文摘要 | 大部份醫院的成本結構中,護理人力成本形成總支出的主要因素。如何妥善規劃護理人力,加以合情、合理以及有效率的運用,便成為醫院經營管理的重要課題。護理人力管理最重要的部份便是護理人員排班,在進行護理排班時,常要考慮眾多的因素,若沒有適當的規則或模式以供遵循,將難以提供合理且公平的班表。本研究試圖應用基因演算法技術,針對某個案醫院之血液透析室建構一最適化的護理排班系統。實驗結果顯示此技術在班表公平性、排班所需時間與班表改變彈性方面均較人工作業方式優越。 |
英文摘要 | Nursing costs play a major portion of overall expenditure in hospital operations. Nursing rostering is the process of generating timetables for specifying the work shifts of nurses over given period of time. Effective planning of nursing rostering is a crucial work in hospital management. The planning is challenging because the human roster planner has to ensure that every rostering decision made complies with a mixture of hard hospital rules and soft nurse preference rules, and it is dependent on the problem natures. To tackle such a problem, we use the GA approach to generate feasible nurse timetables. Experiments and pilot testing of the system reveal the strength of the proposed method in the aspects of fairness, required time, and flexibility. |
