中文摘要 | 本文提出一多變數模糊控制系統,並將其在光碟機伺服系統之應用做一討論。光 碟機利用複式驅動器以達成高解析度與大工作範圍的要求。其中微調驅動器的解析度非常高 ,而粗調驅動器科可作較大的動作。然而微調驅動器有限的工作範圍與粗調驅動器的解析度 都使系統高度非線性化。再加上控制的需求是使微調驅動器控制高速小範圍的運動,而使粗 調驅動器控制大動作。一般的線性控制理論無法解決此問題。由於其控制要求多為語言式的 規調,模糊控制成了最佳的工具。 本文以一多變數模糊控制系統應用於一 Sony CDP 35 雷 射唱盤之複式驅動器上。由電腦模擬與實驗中都証實本控制器可以有效的將控制力分配給微 調驅動器與粗調驅動器,並達成有效的控制。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we present a multi-variable fuzzy controller design for an optical disk drive actuator. The optical disk drive uses dual actuator to achieve high resolution with large movements. The dual actuator contains a fine actuator for tracking high frequency fine movements and a coarse actuator for performing large distance movements. The fine actuator has a limited stroke, while the coarse actuator has a coarse resolution. The dual actuator system thus represents highly nonlinear behavior. In addition, the design goal for the dual actuator controller is to have the coarse actuator performing the large motion accessing and to have the fine actuator tracking the high frequency fine movements. The traditional linear system design approach does not treat this problem. Since the specifications are mostly linguistic rules, a fuzzy logic controller becomes most suitable for this type of applications. In this paper, we present a multi-variable fuzzy controller for the dual actuator on a SONY CPD-35 compact disk player. The proposed controller achieves both high accuracy control and large movement access. The controller automatically distributes the control effort between the two actuators according to the characteristics of the reference signal. A simple rule base in the fuzzy controller accomplishes the complicated accessing control strategy in the conventional approach. |
