中文摘要 | 本文應用「模糊多準則決策」建立一個產品評選的模式。在模式中,我們提出一 個三階的層級架構來呈現所有因素之間的關係及一個模糊權重模式來區別因素之不同重要性 。 對於數量化因素,提出以「升 (降 ) 半梯形」歸屬函數來模糊化,非數量化因素,則以 「語意變數」及其「三角模糊數」來量化,可得出產品在層級架構中各因素的「模糊評估矩 陣」。再應用「區間運算」,將所決定之模糊評估矩陣與相對應的模糊權數矩陣相乘後,各 產品之「總合成加權模糊評估矩陣」便可自最後一階至第一階的「後向傳遞規則」運算而得 。 再應用「樂觀程度指數」 (λ ) 及α截值之計算作排序來制定最佳決策。最後將以五款 1996 年日系美製汽車為實例來驗證模式。 |
英文摘要 | This paper applies fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making (FMADM) to construct a model for evaluating and selecting products. In the model, we propose a 3-level hierarchy structure to present the relationship of all the factors and a fuzzy weight model to distinguish importance of all the factors. The fuzzy evaluation matrices in the structure for evaluated products can be obtained from quantitative factors fuzzified by the proposed ascending (descending) half-trapezoid membership funct ions and from non-quantitative factors quantified by linguistic variable values and their corresponding triangular fuzzy numbers. The final additive weighted fuzzy evaluation matrix of the evaluated products can be obtained after the decided fuzzy weight matrices aremultiplied by the corresponding fuzzy evaluation matrices. This is achieved byusing interval arithmetic based on backpropagation from the last level tothe first level in the structure. And then,the index of optimism (λ ) and α -cutsare applied to rank the final additive weighted fuzzy evaluation values for making the best decision. Finally, five Japanese cars manufactured in the U.S.A. in 1996 are applied to illustrate the model. |
