中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討三次元互鎖織物(three-dimensional angle-interlock woven)的織 物層數與纖維體積含有率等參數對樹脂轉注成型(resin transfer molding, RTM)加工滲透 性(permeability)的影響。同時探討樹脂在織物中之流動模式。量測方法為將注入口開於模 具之中央,以形成輻射狀流動前端型式(radial flow mode)。實驗結果顯示;在高樹脂流動 速率下,流動前端之橢圓率隨樹脂離注入口距離之增加而增加。織物之滲透性隨著織物層數 的增加而下降,且隨纖維體積含有率之增加而下降。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this work was to study the effects of the woven layer and fiber volume fraction on permeability of 3-D angle-interlock woven fabrics in the resin transfer molding process. The resin flow pattern in the 3-D angle-interlock woven fabrics was also investigated to measure the permeability of the resin injected on a central gate of the mold. Based on the experimental results, in high resin flow rate, the ellipticity of flow front increased with increasing the resin flow front far away from the injecting gate. The permeability of 3-D angle-interlock woven decreased with increasing the number of layers of fabrics and fiber volume fraction. |
