英文摘要 | In the new era of knowledge explosion and life-long learning, learning organizations offer a practical method to acquire knowledge. The new "organic" concept of learning organization substitute the one of "mechanical." In order to develop a learning organization, there are five disciplines to be put into practice:systems thinking, personal mastery, improving mental models, building shared vision, and team learning. After being compared with bureaucratic organization, analyzed by the learning organization's assumptions, and viewed by Chinese value system, it is possible for an system to develop a learning organization that profit both the individual and the group as "the fifth discipline". |
