英文摘要 | Three experiments were conducted to determine the effects of dietary fermented soybean meal (FSM) on antigenicity, digestive utilization, and growth performance for weanling pigs. In Exp. 1, after dehulled soybean meal (DSM) was fermented, the content of crude protein (6.2%) as well as lysine (2.4%) and methionine (12.4%) increased; however, available lysine did not increase. After determination ofantigenic activities (logi), the in vitro antigenicity of raw soybean meal and DSM were found to be 10 and 8, and FSM and concentrated soy protein (CSP) decreased 4 and <l, respectively. As to antisoya antibody titres (in vivo) of pigs weaned at 28 days of age, pigs fed on FSM had lower values than pigs fed on SBM (p < 0.05) at 14 d postweaning. In Exp. 2,24 barrows (9kg BW) were fed on diets containing either FSM, CSP, or SBM. After 7d of adaptation to the diets and feeding frequency, a 5d N balance trial was conducted. The net protein utilization and true biological value of FSM (70.0 and 78.0%, respectively) were superior to SBM (66.8 and 73.1%, respectively), but slightly inferior to that of CSP (72.3 and 81.8%, respectively). In Exp. 3, 72 28-d-old pigs were used to determine the effect of FSM on the performance of baby pigs. When FSM was used as a replacement for CSP or both CSP and SBM in pre-starter, no significant differences in ADFI, ADO, or FC were observed from 0 to 14 and 0 to 28 days post-weaning; however, ADG and FC increased slightly when FSM was used as a replacement for SBM (p< 0.1). In conclusion, FSM decreased antigenic activity and improved digestive utilization and growth performance better than did SBM in weaned pigs. It is therefore a useful protein source to replace SCP and (or) SBM for early weanling pigs. |
