英文摘要 | In this paper, a concurrent error detection, diagnosis, and fault tolerance methodology for switched-capacitor filters (SCFs) based on the checksum codemethod is presented. By adding one and two rows to the state equation matrices ofan SCF, concurrent error detection and diagnosis schemes can be respectively developed. The fault tolerance scheme can be obtained by feeding back the error detection results to the original circuit. We show that the area overhead of the concurrent error detection circuit can be significantly reduced by simplifying the derived switched-capacitor test circuits. A fifth order low-pass Chebyshev filter hasbeen designed to verify the proposed schemes. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of this method. |
