英文摘要 | A rapid, simple and specific second-derivative UV spectroscopy method was developed for quantitative analysis of salbutamol sulfate in the presence of interfering components released from the excised skin of nude mice for utilization in chemical penetration studies in vitro. The linear relation between the second-derivative signal and concentration (0-20 μg/mL) of salbutamol sulfate in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution was obtained at the wavelength of 229 nm. The precision and recovery of salbutamol sulfate by this analytical method were also determined. |
