中文摘要 | 試驗採砂耕盆栽雜交高粱台中五號的三葉期幼苗為材料,調查正常生長與浸水及 排水處理下的植株生長反應及乙烯相關代謝變化。結果顯示高粱遭受浸水逆境,顯著增加 植株莖直徑及促進不定根產生和抑制種子根的生長。此外,植株的生長及乾物質累積能力 也降低。浸水處理發現早期大量1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)、 N-malonyl-1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(MACC)累積在根部及後期大量乙烯 產生於莖和葉鞘。此可能是浸水後誘致高粱幼苗根部大量合成ACC,ACC再運轉至莖部合成 乙烯,而乙烯形成導致不定根形成、莖肥大及抑制根部生長。 |
英文摘要 | Young sorghum seedlings(V3-stage of hybrid sorghum, cv Taichung 5) grown in sand pot were subjected to a 10-day waterlogging treatment. The results showed that stem hypertrophy and adventitious root formation was enhanced by waterlogging, but seminal root growth was inhibited. Additionally, plant growth and dry matter accumulation were all decreased. Significant increase of ACC and MACC in the root was observed after 1∼2 days of treatment and then followed by an increase of ethylene production in the sheath and stem of treated plant. This results indicated that waterlogging induced ACC and MACC synthesis in the seedling root of plant and then the ACC was transfered to the sheath and stem of plant, where ethylene was synthesized. Ethylene increased in the waterlogging stressed plant might induce formation of adventitious roots, stem hypertrophy and growth inhibition of roots. |
