中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於瞭解利用視聽教學法對於高中生學習英文文學之功效, 八十位 正心中學高一至高三的男女學生,將隨機的被指定到每班四十人的兩個班級。本研究採用前 測-後測法,實驗組採視聽教學法,控制組則採行傳統教學法。四個月後,此兩組學生必須 參加 ITED 之測驗,以便衡量出這兩組學生於闡釋英文文學之能力。此研究結果顯示出參加 視聽教學法於學習英文文學的學生,比參加傳統式教學法於學習英文文學的學生呈現較優異 的成績。本研究發現,利用教學輔助錄影帶以幫助學生瞭解英文文學之視聽教學法,是非常 有效的教學方法。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the comparative effectiveness of audiovisual instruction, as an assistant medium for studying English literature by high school students. Eighty Cheng-Hsin high school students including both genders in ninth to twelfth grade students will be randomly assigned to 2 classes of 40 each. The pretest-posttest control group design will be used. Experimental group is given the audiovisual instruction; Control group is given traditional instruction only. After four months of study, both groups must attend The Iowa Tests of Educational Development in order to measure their ability to interpret English literature. The results indicated that the students who attend the audiovisual instruction perform better than students who attend the traditional instruction on English literature study. The findings of this study emphasize that using videotapes to strengthen the understanding of English literature is a very effective instruction. |
