英文摘要 | Spheroidized structure in S45C cold-rolled steel is beneficial to bending deformation. The purpose of this study was to find proper procedures to spheroidize this steel. A modified L8 orthogonal array was used to design the experiment. Four factors such as slab reheating temerature (SRT), finishing temperature (FT), coiling temperature (CT) and cold-rolled reduction ratio (CRR) with two levels were investigated. High spheroidization fraction, low recrystallization temperature and low yield strength were required for better properties of the steel. The results show that decreasing SRT, FT, CRR and increasing CT satisfies the above requirement. Therefore, proper procedures to spheroidize S45C cold-rolled steel sheet are obtained. |
