中文摘要 | 本研究以儀器KT-1000 量測受測者膝關節之穩定度,並利用 Zebris 系統測量受 測者膝關節活動之三度空間座標值。受測對象為 10 名僅單一腳有膝關節傷害或病史之男性 大學生, 比較開放式動力鏈與閉鎖式動力鏈兩種不同的運動模式中, 膝關節做屈曲 (flexion) 及伸展 (extension) 動作時,各軸向的角度關係。經由實驗結果發現;10 名受 測者之受傷及非受傷腳之最大外展角度 (開放式與閉鎖式動力鏈 )、相對彎曲角度 (開放式 與閉鎖式動力鏈 )、 P2 至 K1 距離的最大值 (開放式與閉鎖式動力鏈 ) 及 KT-1000 數據 ,經 t 考驗分析結果,均未達到顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to compare ROM of injured and normal human knee joints. Ten male college students with knee injury history were selected as the subjects. Zebris system was used to measure the X, Y and Z coordinates of the major landmarks related the knee joint. Teh 3-D coordinates of each marker were recorded in a 30 Hz sampling rate, and then converted the 3-D coordinates to knee joint ROM. The same subjects were asked to measure the knee joint stability using KT-1000. The comparison between the injured leg and the normal leg of the 10 subjects shows that all parameters have no significant difference. |
