中文摘要 | 本文研究針對不同漿量比及ACI配比之混凝土抗壓強度發展做一比較,對達到設計 強度之高流動性 (坍度 250 ± 20mm,坍流度≧ 600mm) 高性能混凝土 (HPC),就理論而言 , 單位重愈大的混凝土可獲較大的抗壓強度,而 1.1Vv 配比之混凝土其骨材含量最大,因 此,其單位重應該是最大,而 1.3Vv 次之,以 ACI 配比之單位重為最輕。因此,混凝土抗 壓強度之組成除了膠結料提供之粘著強度外,亦與骨材之緻密堆積程度有關。研究結果顯示 在足夠漿量之前提下,水泥漿量愈低,骨材堆積愈緻密,則水泥效率愈高,且有更好的強度 發展趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to compare the strength development of concrete that are made of different paste amounts. Theoretically speaking, for a high performance concrete (HPC) which meets the design strength and has high flowability(slump=250mm ± 20mm and flow spread diameter ≧ 600mm) , its compressive strength increases as its unit weight increases. The concrete made by the mixture proportion of low paste amount has the largest unit weight since it contains the hightest percentage of aggregates. The ACI mixture proportion contains more amount paste has the smallest unit weight. Accordingly, the compressive strength of concrete depends not only on the strength provided by the binding materials but also on the degree of densification of aggregate packing. It is found that if sufficient cement paste is used, the lower the paste amount and the more densified the aggregate, the higher the cement efficiency and the higher the strength developed will be. |
