中文摘要 | 合併數次試驗資料之綜合變方分析必須符合試驗機差分布為常態性及變方同質性 之條件。若不符合,目前尚無適當的分析法進行處理間差異顯著性測驗,本研究擬依據 Friedman之雙向分類等級轉換加以改良,使得各獨立試驗擁有相同的機差變方及不需具備 常態分布的條件。本研究之等級轉換中有合併項及區集效應消除者,也有僅消除區集效應 ,但凸顯合併項及其與處理項之交感效應者兩種,但兩者處理項間比較之卡方計算公式很 容易求得,且兩者之測驗結果是一致的。故本研究結果對於合併數次試驗資料分析是簡單 易行,且也是一種穩健有效的分析法。 |
英文摘要 | The assumptions of normality and equality of variance of experimental error must be held on the combined analysis of variance. If the assumptions are absent, it is hard to do the significant test for treatments in justice. We set up a rank arrangement following Friedman rank transformation in two way classification. We develop a formula by Chi-square test to compare the difference among treatments with deleting the effect of block and environment(such as location or year). We also develop a formula by Chi-square test with deleting the effect of block, but keep the effect of environment and the interaction of treatment and environment. It happens that these two formulas are the same in solution. And it is showed that these two formulas are robust and easy to get. |
