中文摘要 | 在生產與製造的系統中,順序式生產仍為生產製造方式之主流。本文針對串列生 產方式,即連續或非連續之順序生產方式,提出一設置檢驗站之決策法則,稱為邊際分析 法。邊際分析法係考慮設置檢驗站之檢驗成本與不設置檢驗站之下一工作站之不良品加工 成本,以成本較低者作為檢驗站設置與否之依據。本決策法則之目標為降低總生產成本。 最後,以一範例說明本決策法則之應用方式,以明其義。 |
英文摘要 | Sequential production is the main type in production and manufacture process systems. Serial production includes continue and discrete sequential production. In what location and with how many inspection stations should be set in serial production to minimize the total cost are the main purposes of this paper. In this paper, we propose a decision method named marginal analysis method for setting the inspection stations. The criterion for setting the station is depicted as follows: When the inspection cost is less than the reworked production cost for defect product at any station, then set one station. Finally, a numerical example is given for demonstration. |
