中文摘要 | 為探討乙烯及abscisic acid(ABA)抑制劑對大豆種間雜交授粉成功率之影響, 本試驗以臺灣之野生種大豆:臺東野生大豆(G.dolichocorpa)、闊葉大豆(G. tomentella)及澎湖大豆(G.tabacina)與栽培種大豆高雄選10號(G. max cv.KS10)進行大 豆種間雜交,並於雜交授粉後每天噴施10μl促進花粉管伸長之GA3 100mg/l+ naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)33mg/l+Kinetin 6.7mg/l溶液,不同濃度之乙烯抑制劑 AgNO□(50、100mg/l)、CoCl□(6.5、13mg/l)及ABA抑制劑aminotriazol(ATZ)(10□、10 □M),並以ethrel(5000x)、ABA(10□M)、蒸餾水及完全不噴施為對照進行比較。結果顯 示除ethrel及ABA外各種處理均較對照組之雜交授粉成功率高,噴施乙烯作用及合成抑制 劑AgNO□ 100mg/l、CoCl□ 13mg/l與ABA合成抑制劑ATZ 10□M等有延遲雜交莢果脫落之 效果。AgNo□可提高G.max x G.dolicarpa,G.max x G.tomenfella及G.max x G. tabacina三個不同雜交組合之授粉成功率為50.0%,42.6%及31.1%,CoCl□13mg/l為 32.7%,33.3%及28.5%,ATZ 10□M為17.2%,20.3%及25.9%。二種乙烯抑制劑對種 間雜交授粉之成功率較ABA抑制劑之效果為佳。 |
英文摘要 | Four soybean species, i.e., Glycine max (cv. KS10), G. dolichocarpa, G. tomentella and G. tabacina were used to identify the role of inhibitors of ethylene and abscisic acid (ABA) in the rate of successful pollination from hybridization of these four adopted species. In this experiment, inhibitors of ethylene action or biosynthesis (AgNO□, CoCl□), growth regulators (GAs+NAA+Kinetin), inhibitor of ABA synthesis (aminotriazol, ATZ), ethrel (2-chloro-ethlp hosphonic acid), and ABA were applied, respectively. Experimental results were summarized as follows: Abscission of sovbean hybrid pods was effectively delayed by AgNO□ IOOMg/1, COC1□ 13mg/1 or 10□M of ATZ. The rate of successful pollination in three hybrid combinations, combination I.(G.max x G. tabacina), II.(G. max x G. tomentella) and III.(G. max x G. dolichocarpa), were all increased to 32.7%-50.0%, 33.3%- 42.6% and 28.5%-31.1% by AgNO□ 100mg/1 and CoCl□13mg /1, respectively, as compared with 17.2%, 20.3% and 25.9% in ATZ 10□M. The results suggested that inhibitors of ethylene action were more effective than that of ABA synthesis in delaying pod abscission. |
