中文摘要 | 由本土黑殭菌培養所得含黑殭菌素萃取物質,測試其對甜菜夜蛾幼蟲之毒效。結 果顯示其在短時間內表現出高殺蟲效果,經稀釋4倍的萃取物質在接種24小時後導致80%以上 幼蟲死亡,二天後達95%以上的致死率。幼蟲死亡率隨著施用菌素劑量增加,而呈現線性正 相關。在感染一天,二天,和三天後對甜菜夜蛾三齡幼蟲之半致死濃度(LC�t)分別為 1.41×10�櫝pm,7.07×10�掫pm,和5.18×10�掫pm。殘存的蟲體則有明顯體重偏低的現象 ,以稀釋4倍菌素處理的幼蟲其體重不及對照組的十分之一。經矽膠管柱分離得不同比例成 份之黑殭菌素以含有32% DA、 31%DB、4.5%DE者與原始萃取菌素毒力相近。純化之單一黑殭 菌素中,以DE對甜菜夜餓三齡幼蟲之毒效最高(43.34%死亡率),其他黑殭菌素之毒效依次 為DA(18.33%)、DA�砥]11.86)、DD(10.0%)及DB(2.27%)。 |
英文摘要 | The extract of solid-state fermentation from a local strain of Metarhizium anisopliae var. anisopliae showed high virulence to Spodoptera exigua. Four times dilution of the extract led to 86.7% mortality to third- instar larvae after 24 hours of infection, and 95% mortality after 2 days. A linear relationship was found in the dosage-response study. For third-instar larvae, the LC�tof the original extract was 1.41×10�櫝pm,7.07×10�掫pm, and 5.18×10�掫pm after 1 day' 2days, and at 25 and 45℃, the contents of 4-6 components, e.g., dimethyl sulfide, ethyl acetate, 2-hexanone and trans-2- hexenal decreased while those of 5-6 components, e.g., propionaldehyde, n- capronaldehyde, and acetic acid increased as the storage time increased. Pentanal, with 2,4-heptadeinal in Chin-shin Oolong tea and 2,5-hexanedione with 4-methyl-2-pentylamine in TTES-12 tea appeared after storage for one month and then increased during storage. Correlation coefficients for the aroma intensity and overall preference scores of the two Pouchung teas with the total change in contents of volatile components during storage were all around 0.80. The correlation coefficients between the aroma intensity and overall preference scores of the Chin-shin Oolong and TTES-12 teas were 0.83 adn 0.87 respectively. |
