中文摘要 | 從事 215 位輻射鋼筋建物居民染色體變異分析工作,結果顯示各項染色體變異數 絕大多數居民是背景值範圍,非常少數是稍微高於背景值。如果以血液體外急性照射劑量條 件和染色體變異數關係曲線做評估非常不合適,因為輻射屋居民受到的是約 10 年長時間之 低劑量與低劑量率的曝露,兩者狀況相去甚遠,本文有詳細的討論。並將文獻資料中低劑量 (背景值至 0.5Gy ), 低劑量率( 30mGy/yr )範圍內的染色體變異分析狀況和輻射建物 居民數據互相比較。 |
英文摘要 | The investigation on chromosome aberration analysis of 215 residents in radiationcontaminated buildings was carried out. Data show that most of the residents are in background level, only few people are a little higher than background value. The residents being under low dose rate and low dose exposure for about 10 years, it is not suitable to evaluate biological dose using regression correlation factor numbers on dose-effet relationships in vitro with acute irradiation condition. This paper describes the difference for both conditions. The chromosome aberration data extracted from published papers on low dose rate (30mGy/yr) and low dose exposure (background level to 0.5Gy) are also compared with those of the present studies. |
