中文摘要 | 土地複丈與建物測量為各地政事務所經常辦理的業務,惟地政事務所所保管使用之地籍圖與複丈所得之測量成果,在日後辦理地籍圖重測時具有很重要之參考價值。因此,在辦理地籍圖重測作業時應如何使用、配合原複丈成果是為一重要課題。 本文以土地複丈、建物測量與地籍圖重測作業之過程來探討三者之相關,使從事地籍圖重測之作業人員,能掌握複丈資料,因而減低因重測結果與民眾原先認知或相關文件記載有差距,致糾紛頻傳等情形。 |
英文摘要 | Land Revision and Building Measure are two major usually business of Land Office. But all measure results and cadastral maps possess very important reference value. Therefor, How to use and match these data during transact Cadastral Map Re-survey period is worth discussing. This study for compare with the procedure of Land Revision, Building Measure and Cadastral Map Re-survey. Also provide some opinions to those who engage in cadastral map re-survey works can grasp land revision and building measure results. So that, most of the land-owners can recognize Cadastral Map Re-survey consequences. Further more reduce the disputes cause by members of Land Administration Unit. |
