英文摘要 | In this paper, we discussed a new finding which is a new mapped region for the steady-state multiplicity of the second CSTR in a start-up diagram. The system is two non-ideal mixing CSTR's in series where the reaction rate expression is -γ�f=kC�f/(1+KC�f)��. From our analyzed results, the exact region of the input multiplicity in the non-ideal mixing of the first CSTR and the exact region of the output multiplicity in the non-ideal mixing of the second CSTR are overlapped. Our work have been discussed there types of overlapped regions. If the first CSTR is an ideal mixing (n��,m��=1, the definition of n�� and m�硬ill be explained in Section 2) or non-ideal mixing (n��=1, m�窗�1), above overlapped region shall not be occur. To our knowledge, this new finding had not been published in the previous papers. This overlapped region brings up a new mapped region for the output multiplicity of the second CSTR appeared in a start-up diagram. The above new mapped region not only makes multiplicity occur in the second CSTR but also has a strong effect on the maximum number of the steady sates in a start-up diagram. We use a simulated results to demonstrate our works. |
