中文摘要 | 銲接接頭是一個典型的力學不均勻,很多銲接結構都在動態負荷下工作,研究銲 接接頭的動態斷裂韌性具有非常重要的理論和實際意義。本文利用真空電子束銲的方法建立 了銲接接頭的「軟對硬」非均勻體模型,並利用該模型研究了銲接接頭的宏觀力學不均勻性 對其動態斷裂韌性的影響,結果表明:當裂紋位於硬區材料時,動態斷裂韌性值較小,裂韌 性值較大,隨著裂紋與界面距離的縮小,動態斷韌性值增大;當裂紋位於軟區材料時,動態 斷裂韌性值較大,隨著裂紋與界面距離的縮小,動態斷裂韌性值漸減小。 |
英文摘要 | Welded joint is a typical mechanical hctcrogeneous body. A quantity of welded structures service under dynamic loading condition. The study of dynamic fracture toughness of welded joint is of great importance both in theoretical and practical. A simplified welded joint model (softer material jointed to harder material) is established by electronic beam welding technology in this paper. The effect of mechanical heterogeneity of welded joint on dynamic fracture toughness is investigated by using the established model. It is found that, the value of dynamic fracture toughness is lower when the crack located in the harder zone and the value incrcascs as the distance between the crack and the interface decreases, the value of dynamic fracture toughness is higher when the crack located in the softer zone and the value decreases as the distance belween the crack and the interface increases. |
