中文摘要 | 本文以多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物、玻璃纖維蓆非織物、和多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物疊合玻璃纖維蓆非織物等三種組成結構,以不同的堆疊層數製作積層板進行非穿透性衝擊試驗。以金相顯微鏡觀察其破壞行為並照相紀錄後,進行衝擊性能分析。實驗中發現,多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物在未貫穿的情況下脫層形狀為類以蝴蝶狀,破壞縱剖面呈現類以中空的金字塔型,其衝擊作用正下方受到較少的破壞。玻璃纖維蓆非織物積層板在此條件下測試則為貫穿型式破壞。在多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物的破壞行為中,除了纖維斷裂、基材碎裂以外,尚發現到纖維與基材界面破壞、層間脫層、基材裂紋、纖維挫曲、和纖維挫折。多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物和多層多軸玻璃纖維經編織物疊合玻璃纖維蓆非織物的能量吸收比例在平均每層16焦耳的衝擊能量下,分別趨近於83%和80%。玻璃纖維蓆非織物在此條件下能量吸收比例只有40%。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes an experimental program undertaken to investigate a non-penetrating impact damage in three different sturcture composites, which were made with multiaxial warp knitted glass fabric (MMWK), non-woven glass fiber mat (N), and MMWK/N/MMWK sturctrue reinforced unsaturated polyester laminates. Laminates were made by 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 layer fabrics. The laminates were subjected to falling-weight at the normalized impact energy of 16 J/layer. All of N laminates were penetrated in this condition. Impact induced delamination characterized by a butterfly shape was observed on the 4-layer MMWK and MMWK/N/MMWK laminates. A circular shpae was observed on both of 6 to 12-layer laminates. The radial matrix crack, fiber breaking, and delamination were observed on both of laminated. However, a conical region under centrally depressed region does not found delamination or fiber breaking. The results show that MMWK/N/MMWK lamintate has a higher rebounding ratio that MMWK laminate does. |
