英文摘要 | A simple and rapid TLC method for the detection of nalidixic acid and flumequine in cultured fish and chicken was developed. The drugs were extracted with 0.1% metaphosphoric acid-methanol (3:7, v/v), followed by a Sep-pak C �� clean-up procedure. The collected eluate was evaporated to dryness. The residue was dissolved in methanol and spotted on a silica gel plate. After development, the TLC plate was successively sprayed with sodium borohydride and hydrogen peroxide as fluorogenic reagents and visualized under longwave UV light. The detection limits of the two drugs in 5 g samples of fish and chicken were 0.017-0.261 and 0.092-0.157 ppm, respectively. |
