中文摘要 | 本研究針對燃煤電廠煙氣除硫系統所產生之廢排水,以逆滲透薄膜進行廢水回收 模擬試驗,模擬試驗後之薄膜進行表面結垢物之成份分析,根據成份分析結果,建立逆滲透 膜管化學清洗方法及完成薄膜清洗成本之估算。研究結果發現,廢水回收率可達50%,除 鹽率亦達90%以上。薄膜上之結垢物主要為碳酸鈣,當薄膜分離能力衰退時,本研究並建 立薄膜清洗操作規範,經清洗測試,發現經清洗成功的薄膜幾乎可恢復原有的分離能力。經 成本估算發現,薄膜清洗成本較購置新薄膜便宜甚多。 |
英文摘要 | The flue gas desulfurization wastewater was recovered in a test process of a reverse osmosis membrane system. The recovery ratio could reach 50% and salt rejection ratio was 90% and even more. The compounds of the scale of the used membrane pipe were analyzed. The major compounds of the scale were calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. The chemical cleaning method for membrane pipe was also built. It was found that cleaning an old membrane pipe was much cheaper than buying new one. |
