中文摘要 | 陽明山地區之電信設備常遭受硫磺氣侵蝕而發生硫害腐蝕。先期之研究顯示, 濕氣在硫害腐蝕機制中扮演相當重要的角色[1];若能降低金屬機件工作環境的相對濕度 ,即可有效抑制硫害腐蝕的發生。有鑑於此,我們研發可安裝於公話機內部以去除濕氣的 新式除濕模組。陽明山現場試驗的結果顯示,該除濕模組可將IC卡公話機或光學卡公話機 內部的相對濕度大幅降低,並有效抑制公話機內部金屬機件或接點發生硫害腐蝕。 |
英文摘要 | The telecommunication apparatus located on Mountain Yang-Ming were often attacked by the sulfide in the surrounding environment and consequently damaged because of the occurrence of sulfide-induced-corrosion. A previous study has demonstrated that the humidity plays a very important role in the sulfide-induced-corrosion mechanism[1]. By reducing the relative humidity in the surrounding environment, the sulfide-induced-corrosion of metal components can be significantly suppressed. Accordingly, we develop a novel dehumidifying module which can be built inside the public telephone to reduce the relative humidity. The result of field tests on Mountain Yang- Ming show that the dehumidifying module built in either the IC public telephone or the hologram public telephone can dramatically reduce the relative humidity and protect the metal components and contacts from the sulfide-induced-corrosion. |
